Traffic Control Operations Using a Light Medium-Duty Truck
In this role, you will operate a light medium-duty truck and assist with traffic control operations, including setting up traffic regulation equipment, directing traffic and pedestrians, and removing traffic control devices after work is completed.
Work Location & Environment
Meeting point: Truck yard near Yazaike Station on the Nippori-Toneri Liner
Service area: Tokyo and surrounding areas
Loading and unloading duties required
You will work as part of a team of 4 to 10 members, so you will never be expected to handle tasks alone.
Breaks are taken on a rotating basis, with 1 to 3 hours of rest time available depending on the assignment.
Most equipment and materials are relatively lightweight, reducing physical strain. The work environment is suitable for a wide range of applicants, and many female staff members perform these duties comfortably.
【準中型トラックを使用した交通規制警備】
運転業務に加えて、交通規制を設置・ガードマン業務・規制撤去していただきます。
■勤務エリア・働き方
・集合場所：日暮里舎人ライナーの谷在家駅周辺のトラック置き場
・勤務エリア：都内及び東京都内近郊
・手積み・手降ろしあり
1人で作業するわけではなく、1チーム4～10人で行います。
休憩は交代で1～3時間取れます。
扱う資材は比較的軽量なものが中心のため、

■Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age (as required by the Security Services Act)
Must hold a Light Medium Vehicle Driver’s License (Semi-Medium License)
Experience operating trucks is required

■Working Hours
Working hours per day: 3 to 8 hours
Average working days per month: 12 to 25 days
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Night shifts are currently the primary assignment.
Start and finish times may vary depending on the work site.
Some assignments may be completed in as little as 3 hours.
Some assignments may finish in as little as 3 hours while still providing guaranteed daily pay.

平均勤務日数：1ヶ月あたり12日 〜 25日
日勤：8：00～17：00
夜勤：22：00～5：00

■Salary
Daily wage: ¥17,000 for the first 20 shifts
From the 21st shift onward: Base daily wage of ¥14,000

■Example Monthly Earnings
For the first 20 shifts
¥17,000 × 20 working days = ¥340,000/month
From the 21st shift onward
¥14,000 × 20 working days = ¥280,000/month
日給17,000円（20勤務まで）
☆21勤務以降は基本給14,000円
